CANCELLATION/LATE/NO-SHOW

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. No shows with no communication will result in a no show fee equal to 100% of the services reserved. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

REDO

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment. If the corrective service is no-showed we will not be able to reschedule the service free of charge.

REFUND

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge if a mistake was made by the service provider.
